Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager; this is a very influential role where you will collaborate with the engineering team to layout the road map for the team and drive effective delivery on them by establishing robust processes and communicating that to stake holders.

Key responsibilities:

Deeply understands core technology to identify, assesses, tracks and mitigates issues and risks at multiple levels.
Ensures the development team meets/hits product launch deadlines. Holds himself/herself and tech teams accountable to product delivery dates.
Actively engage with customers, dive deep into customer feedback and perform competitor analysis to shape the next version of the product.
Creates, maintains and disseminates project information to stakeholders in a concise, accurate, and professional manner.
Collects country/business-specific product requirements, writes process specifications, and drives process development.
Interacts with multiple business and technical teams to define and drive improvements to existing tools and product features as well as to define and deliver new, complex systems and features.

Experience: 10 – 14yrs

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of Program Management experience in a related industry.
3+ years of Software Development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or Computer Science.
First-hand working knowledge of rest services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the e-commerce or online marketing/advertising industry is preferred.
Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong technical acumen, and strong analytical thinking skills.
A solid experience and track record of successful system implementations utilizing multiple project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
A familiarity with software development and agile methodologies.
A willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues to develop and maintain the skills necessary to manage and advocate products and projects.
