Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

We are looking for a passionate and self driven SDET who can help us tackle the challenges efficiently by building highly scalable automation frameworks that will enable QAEs to automate and execute new feature and regression tests across browsers and devices in less time.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
Excellent software development and testing experience, with a strong background in computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms and object oriented programming.
Expert level Java, C# or C++ with strong design fundamentals and experience with scripting languages.
Expert in software quality and testing methodologies, test automation tools, schedulers, frameworks, and harnesses.
Experience in developing tools and automation frameworks with a proven ability to write automated tests for web-based, middle-ware or back-end components.
Familiarity with Linux or other UNIX server class operating systems.

Experience: 4 – 10years

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including design and coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Practical knowledge of Agile Testing methodology.
Experience in developing automation frameworks for mobile devices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to new challenges and overcome hurdles.
Experience with TestNG or JUnit, and continuous integration tools like Hudson or Jenkins.
Ability to manage projects: organized, independent, and results-oriented.
Experience using JIRA, Perforce, Ant or similar tools.
Strong sense of ownership and drive.
Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating.
