Senior Product Manager

Our ideal candidate will have deep product management experience and consumer Internet experience, and a demonstrated ability to define business requirements and drive technical projects to completion.
You will work at both the strategic level (generating new ideas) and the tactical level (managing channels, writing business requirements and analyzing data). You will show hustle, take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture.
In addition to coming up with the product features that need to be implemented, you will also be responsible for working with Software teams in coming up with what software changes need to be implemented in which system, in order for the feature to launch. You will be responsible for clarifying use cases, requirements and milestones. We are looking for a seasoned product manager who enjoys working on coming up with new features that monetize well for the business and thrives in a fast paced fun environment. Having good knowledge of software and system architecture is a must. She/he should lead by example and set an exceptionally high bar for themselves and the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision for a best-in-class end to end Deals and Events experience.
  • Sense customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Define business and product feature requirements, drive prioritization and partner with development teams to define roadmap.
  • Own business metrics, and manage forecasting. 
  • Identify and work with internal and external partners for sourcing promotional deals and distributing them.
  • Align the product strategy to company strategic objectives.

Experience: 10 – 15yrs

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in product management in the consumer Internet space.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with technical teams.
  • Proven track record of translating customer needs into business/product requirements.
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills. Extreme attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong time-management skills; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical employees.
  • Comfort rolling up sleeves to perform quantitative analysis and reach sound conclusions.
  • M.B.A. preferred.
