Finance Controller

Finance Controller will own, drive and lead the entire Finance Controller Operations. This position would directly work with and report to the CFO. Position is expected to provide the leadership for the entire Finance, Accounting, Taxation & Statutory Compliance functions.

Statutory compliances: Finalization of financials/ audit (under IGAAP and UGAAP) & other compliances related to direct (tax audit, Income Tax return etc.) and indirect taxes (Service tax, VAT etc.).
Lead the compliances for accounting with multiple entities with related party transactions and consolidation of accounts.
Implementing Internal Controls: Evaluation of various operating processes.
Provide Top notch Strategy and drive analytics & insights for Periodic reporting.
Should strategize, plan and lead the cost reduction techniques like automation of finance processes (AR / AP/ others) and delivered sustainable results in a short time.
Funds management: Ensuring availability of funds as per requirement & optimum utilization by different departments.
Managing Project finance for large capex projects.
Experience in Project Planning from finance side in building a reporting system with support from in-house ERP or external ERP.

Experience: 12 – 16years

Prior Experience in Top Retail, FMCG or Supply Chain industries

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (C.A.) with 12-16 years of experience in the financial domain.
In a Senior Leadership role at least for 4 Years.
At least 3-4 years of experience in large team management.
